His daily responsibilities include interacting with waste paper aggregators (L-1 and L-2), individual suppliers, etc., to ensure a steady supply of materials and coordinating with clients for timely material delivery.
He also handles overall field coordination and supplier management. Out of personal interest, Shivam has gained knowledge of machine and vehicle operations and can assist with machine maintenance and breakdowns too. Additionally, he oversees the weighing machine operations, ensuring accurate measurements and smooth workflow.
