He also handles overall field coordination and supplier management. Out of personal interest, Shivam has gained knowledge of machine and vehicle operations and can assist with machine maintenance and breakdowns as well. Additionally, he oversees weighing machine operations, ensuring accurate measurements and a smooth workflow.
